We seek a highly skilled Senior DevOps Analyst to drive our cloud strategy, delivery excellence, and platform resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Governance and Strategy: Serve as the technical AWS reference, defining architecture standards for high resilience, scalability, and security across digital products and the data ecosystem.
- Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy, ensuring governance and standardization of modules and states using Terraform.
- Promote and manage modern technologies, including Containers (Kubernetes), Microservices, APIs, and messaging services for high-volume data flows.
- Delivery Excellence and Automation: Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring fast, secure, and consistent production deployments.
- Support implementation and governance of new repositories and services, ensuring seamless integration between development squads and the data team.
- Contribute to coding internal automations and tools, adhering to Clean Code, SOLID, and Clean Architecture principles.
- Observability and Resilience: Monitor environment health via the ELK stack, establishing risk mitigation plans to guarantee product performance and scalability.
- Resolve critical incidents promptly and assertively, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and proposing definitive improvements.
- Actively evaluate and decide on new technologies and standards supporting product strategy and the evolution of the #TechInsurance platform.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Expertise (Hard Skills):
- Cloud Computing (AWS): Solid, deep experience in AWS architecture and services, ensuring production and data environment resilience and scalability.
- Containers & Orchestration: Mastery of Docker and practical experience administering Kubernetes clusters.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency in Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket, utilizing the Gitflow strategy.
- Databases: Experience managing and optimizing relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- Architecture: Proven experience with Microservices ecosystems, APIs, and Messaging Services.
- Observability: Practical knowledge of the ELK stack (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and log analysis.
- Development Knowledge: Familiarity with Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, or VueJS.
- Quality Standards: Strong knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), Clean Architecture, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
- Agile Methodologies: Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban, and mastery of JIRA.
- Profile and Attitude: Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple contexts, excellent communication, teamwork, strong ownership, and proactivity.
- Education: Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Language: Intermediate English proficiency.
