We are actively searching for a Senior Development Analyst with extensive development experience, a full-stack profile, systemic vision, and a hands-on approach. This role focuses on the evolution and maintenance of critical applications.
You will tackle challenges involving system enhancements, large-scale data processing, integrations, Cloud technologies, backend development, frontend development, and real-time processing.
Your Mission
Lead the development, evolution, and maintenance of Arqia's platforms, ensuring optimal performance, stability, quality, and scalability of solutions.
You will have the autonomy to investigate issues, perform deployments, debug, develop new features, and propose technical improvements within a highly critical environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance applications using Python and/or PHP.
- Contribute as a full-stack developer across both backend and frontend.
- Execute deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging in Cloud environments, with a preference for AWS.
- Design and maintain APIs, integrations, and REST and SOAP web services.
- Manage SQL databases and large data volumes, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in applications, databases, and architecture.
- Support the maintenance and evolution of critical web platforms and systems.
- Utilize Git/GitHub, GitFlow, Docker, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist in incident analysis and resolution, including root cause investigation.
- Contribute to architectural improvements, automation, code quality, and scalability initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments, translating business needs into viable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in backend and frontend software development, ideally within software houses, software factories, or technology companies.
- Proven experience with Python and/or PHP in AWS or other Cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including managing large datasets.
- Experience with Docker, DevOps, CI/CD, REST, SOAP, JavaScript, and web applications.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and GitFlow.
- Technical/intermediate English proficiency for documentation reading and writing.
- Availability to support critical situations and system changes (GMUDs) when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators):
- Experience in critical, high-availability environments, handling large data volumes, real-time applications, and scalable architecture.
- Knowledge of IoT/Telecom, including experience with messaging, queues, gateways, and platform modernization.
