The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our IT team and drive digital projects using modern technologies, offering significant creative freedom and a strong team environment. This role is available for full-time or part-time employment.

Key Project Focus: HR Platform Development

Your initial focus will be the further development of our HR diagnostics and appointment management platform, flynne. As part of a comprehensive HR digitalization initiative, we are expanding this scalable, modular HR and talent tech platform to include:

  • Appointment and role management features.
  • Reporting, cost allocation, and notification systems.
  • Interfaces connecting to external recruiting and testing systems.

The goal is to automate processes, connect stakeholders, and future-proof assessment workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and integrating new modules within a modern microservice architecture.
  • Taking ownership of specific backend and frontend components (Laravel / React).
  • Working closely with UX/UI specialists, Product Owners, and clients.
  • Developing and connecting external interfaces.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Several years of experience serving as a Senior Developer or technical lead in SaaS or platform projects.
  • In-depth expertise in: Laravel (PHP), React, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs.
  • Commitment to high standards for clean code, testing, and code reviews.
  • Experience integrating web applications into existing enterprise system landscapes.
  • Demonstrated self-reliance and reliability.
  • Understanding of digital experience and usability principles.
