Senior Developer

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Developer to act as a technical reference in the development team, leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex technological solutions. Ensure the quality, scalability, and security of systems, in addition to guiding and supporting the technical growth of junior and mid-level developers, actively contributing to the continuous evolution of the company's products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex features and projects, focusing on performance and scalability;
• Define and implement architectural standards and software engineering best practices;
• Perform code reviews, guiding junior and mid-level developers in best practices;
• Propose and conduct continuous improvements in performance, security, and maintainability of systems;
• Actively participate in technical and strategic decisions alongside Tech Leads and coordinators;
• Perform diagnostics of critical incidents, proposing and executing definitive solutions;
• Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps, tools, and frameworks used by the team;
• Document technical decisions, architectures, and development processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Completed higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas;
• Solid experience in software development (minimum of 5 years in related technical roles);
• Mastery of at least one main language used by the company (e.g., PHP, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.);
• Proven experience with modern frameworks and scalable architectures (e.g., Laravel, NestJS, Vue, etc.);
• Deep knowledge of relational databases;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
• Experience with automated testing, Git versioning, and agile methodologies;
• Desirable technical certifications in cloud, architecture, or frameworks.

• Mastery of code versioning (Git/GitFlow) and deployment automation;
• Strong experience with monitoring, logs, and application observability.
