This involves ensuring every website touchpoint generates real value and maximizes conversion rates.This strategic role leads end-to-end experimentation, transforming data into hypotheses, tests, and actionable insights, always prioritizing impact and efficiency across acquisition channels. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to continuously improve the website and landing pages, reducing friction, elevating performance, and expanding qualified demand generation within a B2B SaaS context.### Responsibilities and Attributions* Plan, prioritize, execute, and analyze A/B, multivariate, and other experimentation methodologies to optimize conversion throughout the user journey.* Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and content) for product pages and landing pages, focusing on gaining qualified traffic and conversion.* Conduct technical and performance audits of the website, identifying opportunities for improvement in SEO, UX, speed, architecture, and accessibility.* Analyze quantitative and qualitative behavior data (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, funnel data) to pinpoint friction points and formulate experiment hypotheses.* Write persuasive and clear test copies (titles, CTAs, messaging, page flows).* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and technical teams to recommend improvements, influence strategic decisions, and build data-driven growth strategies.* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversion, CTR, bounce rate, visitor retention, and page speed.* Lead and mature the Experimentation function within the team, structuring processes, frameworks, and governance to ensure data-driven decision-making.* Create models, reports, and executive presentations detailing experiment results, defending insights, and guiding next steps.### Requirements and QualificationsWe expect candidates to possess:* Proven experience in CRO, growth, web analytics, or digital journey optimization roles.* Consistent track record of executing experiments: hypothesis creation, technical setup, statistical analysis, and documentation.* Experience managing, maintaining, or evolving corporate websites, portals, or landing pages.* Mastery of experimentation and behavior analysis tools (A/B testing platforms, heatmaps, session recordings).* Solid expertise in Technical SEO, GA4, Tag Manager, and performance monitoring tools.* Strong analytical capabilities: proficiency in Google Sheets, data analysis, and visualization tools (Looker, Klipfolio, etc.).* Ability to lead projects, communicate strategic recommendations, and influence stakeholders effectively.* Capacity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.#### Highly Desired Skills (Differentiators)* Knowledge of UX research, usability heuristics, and UX writing best practices.* Previous experience in B2B and/or SaaS companies.* Basic knowledge of web languages and technologies (WordPress, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP).* Familiarity with prioritization methodologies (ICE, PIE, RICE, etc).* Experience with statistics applied to experimentation.* Familiarity with additional content/analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Search Console, etc.).### Additional Information: BenefitsWe offer the following benefits:* Food/Meal Voucher: R$ 1,100.00 monthly on a flexible card (no payroll deduction).* Home Office Allowance: R$ 135.00 monthly (no payroll deduction).* Health Plan: Bradesco national.* Dental Plan: SulAmérica.* Life Insurance.* Daycare Assistance (for children up to 5 years old).* Gympass/Wellhub: Wellness platform access.* Conexa Saúde: Digital health platform (includes 2 free psychological and 2 nutritional consultations per month).* Guapeco: Pet health plan.* Language School Partnership: Discounts for English and Spanish courses.* Profit Sharing (PLR): Based on annual team goal achievement.* Relax Week: Paid time off between Christmas and New Year.* Workstation Assistance: R$ 2,400.00 (in addition to loaned notebook).* Birthday Day Off.* Work for a 10x certified Great Place to Work (GPTW).
