About the Ideal Candidate
We seek a Senior Backend Engineer proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and secure code using Go and Node.js. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of relational databases. You should be able to clearly articulate technical decisions, manage your development environment independently, and communicate effectively with non-technical teams. Mentoring junior developers and performing thorough code reviews are also key responsibilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
