Responsibilities
- Lead backend architecture development using ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Python, Java, and PHP for scalable solutions.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services for seamless platform integration.
- Develop and optimize database schemas with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with front-end teams (Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for cohesive user experiences.
- Implement microservices architecture on AWS and Azure for flexible deployment and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable code following OOP, UML, and SDLC best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for high-quality software releases.
- Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) methodologies for continuous improvement and team collaboration.
- Maintain version control with Git or SVN; utilize Visual Studio, Eclipse, or TFS for development.
- Contribute to database design, including T-SQL, PL/SQL scripting, SSRS/SSIS, and application development best practices.
Experience
- Proven software development experience with strong backend technologies: ASP.NET Core (.NET), Node.js, Java, PHP, or Ruby on Rails.
- Extensive knowledge of RESTful API design, SOAP web services, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), and XML/JSON.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database management systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB; database design experience is essential.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash (Unix shell) and Shell Scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns and experience debugging complex systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum teams, using GitHub or TFS for version control; familiarity with SDLC processes.
