We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to strengthen our systems and ensure scalability, performance, and security in the solutions that support our B2C and B2B ecosystem.

Responsibilities and Assignments
- Develop and evolve APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, maintainability, and security;
- Participate in architectural and technical decisions with the product and tech teams;
- Perform code reviews with attention and purpose;
- Ensure observability, testing, and resilience of services;
- Collaborate with areas such as Product, Data, and Design to build complete solutions;
Requirements and Qualifications
First and foremost, it is essential that you are VERY nice and a true team player!
It is also important that you have:
- Solid experience with backend development (PHP, Python, Go);
- Experience with microservices architecture, messaging, and SQL/NoSQL databases;
- Knowledge of modern engineering practices: automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, etc.;
- Experience working with high-scale and high-availability systems;
- Good communication, autonomy, and a spirit of collaboration;
Desirable Requirements
- AI in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Experience in creating or implementing AI Agents focused on internal process automation, such as test generation, technical documentation, or automated code review.
- Optimization with AI: Ability to use LLM tools and data analysis to identify performance bottlenecks, suggest complex refactorings, and predict failures in distributed systems.
- Prompt Engineering & RAG: Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance internal tools.
- Cloud Native Culture: Advanced experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Community Contribution: History of contributions to Open Source projects or active participation in technology and software architecture communities.
