As a Senior Developer on the External Platform team, you will be crucial in expanding and sustaining aiqfome's integration ecosystem. Your primary role involves designing, developing, and scaling our public APIs and partner platform, ensuring robust security and an exceptional Developer Experience (DX). Beyond technical development in PHP and Python, you will strategically propose architectural solutions within a GCP environment, participate in complex integration planning, and uphold the team's high technical standards.
Responsibilities and Attributions
- Design and develop the technical blueprint and architecture for new features across aiqfome's public APIs and partner platform.
- Build, evolve, and maintain robust integrations between our internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Ensure the scalability, security, performance, and high availability of market-facing services, leveraging Kubernetes and messaging solutions.
- Actively participate in planning ceremonies, contributing technical insights to translate business needs into viable and scalable solutions.
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI) to facilitate seamless partner developer integration.
- Apply and share software engineering best practices (Clean Code, automated tests, CI/CD) daily, enhancing team code quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Solid experience as a developer, with a strong focus on high-availability environments and complex integrations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in PHP and Python programming languages.
- Advanced experience with relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly Kubernetes (GKE) and Pub/Sub (or similar messaging tools).
- Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and various integration patterns.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and developing scalable solutions.
