In this role, you will develop high-scale solutions designed to help customers find optimal products, ensuring real-time stability and synchronization. Your primary challenge will be to meet business demands, ensure solution sustainability, contribute to continuous squad productivity, and support the technical development of team members.
Work Model: Hybrid (Curitiba/PR and São Paulo/SP) or Remote (Home Office for other regions).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems under team responsibility.
- Address prioritized team demands.
- Understand and resolve technical problems.
- Proactively monitor technical indicators.
- Collaborate with the team to create optimal solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and ceremonies.
- Support leadership initiatives.
- Share daily challenges and insights with the team.
Qualifications
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
- Proficiency in Node, Go, PHP, and Python.
- Experience with microservices architectures and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Git, Git flow, and Docker.
- Expertise in performance optimization.
- Ability to write Unit Tests.
- Familiarity with Monitoring and Observability tools.
- Strong knowledge of relational SQL databases.
- Experience with Code Assist tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWS.
