Responsibilities
Activities You Will Lead:
- Develop and maintain microservices and APIs focused on the logistics chain, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
- Design and apply distributed architecture, using best practices such as Clean Architecture, DDD, TDD, and efficient use of messaging and containers.
- Ensure high availability and resilience of critical systems through solid monitoring and observability practices.
- Collaborate with product, data, and other squads, deeply understanding business challenges before proposing technical solutions.
- Mentor team members, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Organize your deliverables with a sense of priority and impact, always focusing on the customer experience.
- Actively participate in technical decisions for the logistics ecosystem, with autonomy and leadership.
Qualifications
To Build the Dream Environment, You Must Have:
- Mastery of back-end development with PHP, GoLang, Node, and/or Python.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful and gRPC APIs (HTTP/2 and Protobuf).
- Experience with relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Knowledge of System Design.
- Knowledge of messaging with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
- Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Docker Compose) and versioning with Git and GitHub Actions.
- Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring (New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Strong foundation in software engineering: Clean Architecture, DDD, TDD, BDD, Design Patterns.
