Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of systems managed by the team.
- Address prioritized team demands.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Proactively monitor key technical indicators.
- Collaborate with the team to engineer optimal solutions.
- Actively participate in team meetings and ceremonies.
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Share daily challenges and insights with the team.
Qualifications
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
- Proficiency in Node.js, Go, PHP, and Python.
- Experience with microservices architectures and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Git, Git Flow, and Docker.
- Expertise in performance optimization.
- Ability to write comprehensive Unit Tests.
- Solid understanding of SQL relational databases.
