Key Responsibilities
- Develop highly complex technical solutions for the Omie system.
- Master and contribute to the backend software architecture, analyzing components, organization, and functionalities.
- Implement and ensure best practices in both manual and automated test development, as well as software requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and test business and architectural solutions.
- Engage in tactical and operational discussions, including defining annual technical goals, conducting feasibility studies, and proofs of concept.
- Mentor and train the development team, facilitating knowledge sharing to develop business, architectural, and design solutions.
- Oversee the achievement of short and medium-term team goals, adjusting practices, standard procedures, and task prioritization as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Desirable completed degree in Information Systems, IT, or Engineering-related fields.
- ERP Systems: Desirable knowledge of ERP system functionalities.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in system development languages such as CoreBuilder, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Node, and C#.
- Databases: Experience with relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Version Control: Familiarity with code control tools like GIT and SVN.
- Testing: Proven experience in unit testing.
- Scalability: Strong understanding of fundamental principles for scalable application development.
- Security: Adherence to OWASP guidelines for secure development (https://owasp.org/).
- Customer Service: Experience in customer service environments.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Language: Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field.
