Responsibilities and duties
- Act in the development of highly complex technical solutions for the Omie system;
- Master the backend architecture of the software and be able to act on it through the analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities;
- Ensure the use and application of best practices in the development of tests (manual or automated) and in the development of software requirements;
- Find and test business solutions and architectures through communication and knowledge exchange with the development team;
- Participate in tactical and operational discussions and in the definition of annual goals for the area regarding technical matters, conducting feasibility studies and proofs of concept;
- Guide, train, and work with the development team to find business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and dissemination of knowledge;
- Ensure compliance with the short and medium-term goals of the development team you are working with, being able to alter practices, standard procedures, and prioritization of tasks to be executed.
Requirements and qualifications
- Desirable: completed degree in Information Systems or other IT and Engineering related areas;
- Desirable: Knowledge of ERP system functionalities;
- Knowledge of system development languages (CoreBuilder, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Node, C#);
- Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL);
- Knowledge of cloud computing platform services (AWS, Azure, Google);
- Familiarity with code control tools (GIT, SVN);
- Experience in conducting unit tests;
- Understand fundamental principles behind a scalable application;
- Development following OWASP guidelines (https://owasp.org/);
- Experience with the customer service area;
- Experience with teamwork;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Intermediate English;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in the area.
