Your Technology Stack
We utilize a robust and efficient stack that you must know intimately:
- Core: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Nginx (deep tuning and optimization), PHP-FPM
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM)
- Data: MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Observability: Datadog, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
- IaC: Terraform / Ansible
Your Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure permissions, ensuring meticulous attention to who accesses servers and why.
- Implement stable AWS cloud service concepts designed to withstand dynamic growth.
- Maintain Unix/Linux servers, including configuration, updates, and automation, demonstrating a full understanding of operating system internals.
- Respond to incidents using deep log analysis (Datadog, Elastic) to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), moving beyond simple service restarts.
- Support development teams to ensure continuous and smooth system operation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps or SysAdmin role, including practical AWS experience.
- Excellent cloud knowledge, complemented by experience in classic administration (prior experience maintaining physical servers/Data Center is welcome).
- Fluency in Linux; the terminal should be your natural working environment.
- Demonstrated morality and responsibility, combining a "Can Do" attitude with accountability for critical infrastructure access.
- Humility regarding technology: understanding that mistakes happen, but possessing the knowledge to fix them effectively.
- Ability to analyze problems "360 degrees," considering security, performance, and long-term consequences.
- Understanding of both cloud environments (AWS) and the physical nature of servers ("metal").
- English proficiency minimum B2 level (required for global collaboration).
Highly Desired Qualifications
