Your Technology Stack
We operate on a robust, high-performance stack. You must know it inside and out:
- Core: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Nginx (deep tuning and optimization), PHP-FPM
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM)
- Data: MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Observability: Datadog, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
- IaC: Terraform / Ansible
Your Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure permissions, ensuring meticulous attention to who has access to servers and why.
- Implement stable AWS cloud service concepts designed to withstand our dynamic growth.
- Maintain Unix/Linux servers, including configuration, updates, and automation, with a full understanding of operating system internals.
- Respond to incidents based on deep log analysis (Datadog, Elastic). Focus on Root Cause Analysis (RCA), not just restarting services.
- Support development teams to ensure continuous and smooth system operation.
What We Expect
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps/SysAdmin role, including practical AWS experience.
- Excellent cloud knowledge, backed by experience in classic administration (prior experience maintaining physical servers/Data Centers is welcome).
- Proficiency in Linux: The terminal is your natural working environment.
- Integrity and Responsibility: Combining a "Can Do" attitude with accountability for the "keys to the kingdom" entrusted to you.
- Technologically Humble: You know everyone makes mistakes, but you know how to fix them.
- 360-Degree Problem Analysis: You view problems from all anglessecurity, performance, and long-term consequences.
- Connecting Cloud with "Metal": We work on AWS, but we seek someone who understands the physical nature of a server.
- Language: English proficiency minimum B2 level (we work globally).
Nice to Have
- AWS Certifications (confirming knowledge).
- Practical knowledge of Terraform.
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka or Cloudflare.
- Desire to develop towards agent-based DevOps (process automation).
