Your Technology Stack
We utilize a robust and efficient stack. You must possess deep knowledge of these technologies:
- Core: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Nginx (deep tuning and optimization), PHP-FPM
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM)
- Data: MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Observability: Datadog, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
- IaC: Terraform / Ansible
Your Tasks
- Manage infrastructure permissions with meticulous attention to detail regarding server access control.
- Implement stable AWS cloud service concepts designed to support dynamic growth and scalability.
- Maintain Unix/Linux servers, handling configuration, updates, and automation with a full understanding of operating system internals.
- Respond to incidents by conducting deep log analysis (Datadog, Elastic) and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), moving beyond simple service restarts.
- Support development teams to ensure continuous and smooth system operation.
What We Expect
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps or SysAdmin role, including practical AWS experience.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud environments, complemented by experience in classic administration (experience maintaining physical servers/Data Center is a plus).
- Proficiency in Linux; the terminal should be your natural working environment.
- Demonstrated morality and responsibility, combining a "Can Do" attitude with accountability for critical infrastructure access.
- Humility regarding technology: understanding that mistakes happen, but knowing how to effectively fix them.
- Ability to analyze problems comprehensively ("360 degrees"), considering security, performance, and long-term consequences.
- Understanding of both cloud infrastructure (AWS) and the physical nature of servers ("metal").
- English language proficiency (minimum B2) for global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- AWS Certifications (validating expertise).
- Practical knowledge of Terraform.
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka or Cloudflare.
- Interest in developing agent-based DevOps practices (process automation).
