Compensation

The compensation will be equity and salary once the company is more established and further in traditional stages of development. Currently the company is an early startup and has to goal of building a MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to attract investors and users.

Duties

• Lead full-stack application development using technologies such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, and frameworks like React, Angular, Django, and Ruby on Rails.
• Design and implement scalable system architecture leveraging cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party web services using SOAP, GraphQL, and JSON to enable seamless data exchange.
• Manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, SQLite, and ensure efficient data storage with optimized queries.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD to streamline deployment processes.
• Implement containerization and configuration management with Docker and Ansible for consistent development environments.
• Collaborate on UI/UX design through wireframing and web design best practices using HTML, CSS (including SCSS), Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.
• Utilize project management tools such as Trello or Jira to track progress, prioritize tasks, and facilitate agile workflows.
• Contribute to system security protocols by implementing DevOps practices and ensuring compliance with SDLC standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in front-end development with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS), Bootstrap.
• Strong back-end expertise in Python (Django), PHP (WordPress), Ruby on Rails, C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET core applications.
• Experience with database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite; knowledge of SQL language is essential.
• Faitmiliarity with containerization (Docker), automation tools (Ansible), version control systems (Git/GitHub), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Knowledge of system architecture principles for scalable web applications; experience with Linux environments is preferred.
• Ability to develop RESTful APIs and integrate web services using SOAP or GraphQL for efficient data communication.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles along with wireframing skills for designing intuitive user flows and interfaces.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies; familiarity with SDLC processes ensures efficient project delivery.
