Mahasos Info Pvt Ltd specializes in high-performance websites and web applications across various industries. We are seeking a dedicated WordPress & React.js Developer to join our remote team and drive projects forward with technical expertise and rapid execution.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites and React.js front-ends. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, UI developers, and project managers to ensure seamless design-to-implementation transitions and will be empowered to contribute new ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and CMS configurations.
• Build and integrate React.js components and pages, including headless WordPress setups.
• Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Sketch, or XD) into clean, responsive code.
• Collaborate with internal UI developers and designers to enforce design-system standards and best practices.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, optimal performance, SEO-friendly output, and mobile responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, version control management (Git), and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain production websites and web applications.
• Suggest improvements, automation, or performance enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with WordPress (theme/plugin development) and React.js.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
• Solid experience with the WordPress ecosystem: custom post types, Gutenberg blocks, page builders, APIs.
• Proven experience in front-end React development: components, state management, routing, API integration.
• Experience translating UI design tools (Figma/XD) into production code.
• Strong communication and remote-team collaboration skills; proactive attitude.
• Immediate or very short notice availability preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in headless WordPress with React or Next.js.
• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of performance optimization (caching, lazy loading, bundling).
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
• Basic understanding of SEO and accessibility standards.
