Remote Part-Time Web Design & Marketing Manager (20 Hrs/Week)

EYEPIXX, the leading provider of professional iris photography in Germany, is seeking a reliable in-house Web Design & Marketing Manager. We operate successful stores and a growing franchise network across Germany, Austria, and the USA. This is a permanent, 100% remote, part-time position (20 hours/week), also suitable for working students.

Your Tasks

Web Design & Website Management

• Maintain, develop, and update our WordPress websites using Elementor.
• Implement design and content adjustments across the German, Austrian, and US websites.
• Execute SEO Optimization (OnPage, technical basics, structure, Pagespeed).
• Optimize website performance and loading times.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Apply basic adjustments using CSS, HTML, PHP, and JavaScript (fundamental understanding required).

E-Commerce Management

• Manage and enhance WooCommerce and Shopify platforms.
• Handle product maintenance, minor design adjustments, and conversion optimization.

Online Marketing & Advertising

• Manage and optimize ongoing Google Ads campaigns.
• Create new advertising campaigns for new franchise partners and locations.
• Develop and maintain Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
• Create high-quality creatives (Image & Video).

Design & Content Production

• Perform image editing using Adobe Photoshop.
• Conduct video editing for Social Media and Ads (Adobe Suite).
• Execute Print Design tasks: Flyers, Window foils, and various advertising materials.
• Handle vector graphics, minor logo, and layout adjustments.

Other Responsibilities

• Provide punctual support for customer service in rare, substitute cases.

Your Profile

• Experience utilizing WordPress and Elementor.
• Strong understanding of web design principles and website structure.
• Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization techniques.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience managing Google Ads, and ideally Meta & TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and the broader Adobe Suite.
• Experience in both print and digital design.
• Demonstrated structured, independent work ethic.
• High reliability and sense of responsibility.

Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent (Desired)

Work Experience: 1 year of Web design experience (Desired)

Language: German (Required)
