About the Opportunity

We are expanding our network of experienced remote software engineers for diverse, project-based development opportunities. We partner with clients requiring additional engineering capacity for new product development, existing application enhancements, integrations, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and other software initiatives.

This is an independent contractor talent network, not a guaranteed full-time position. Engineers who successfully complete our screening process will be considered for projects that align with their technical background, availability, rate, and interests.

We welcome engineers proficient across various technology stacks, including:

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend: Python, Node.js, Java, C#, .NET, Go, PHP, Ruby
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
• Data & AI: Python, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, ML/AI, LLM applications
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis and related technologies

You do not need experience with every technology listed. We match engineers based on their individual strengths.

What We're Looking For

• Professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern development stack
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to understand requirements and deliver reliable work
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams
• Reliable availability and professional communication
• Ability to meet agreed project deadlines
• Client-facing experience is helpful but not required for every project.

How Projects Work

After applying, selected engineers may complete an introductory and technical screening. Approved engineers are added to our contractor network. When a client project matches your skills, rate, and availability, we will contact you with the project details.

You can review the opportunity before deciding whether to participate. Joining the network does not require you to accept every project. Projects may be hourly, part-time, full-time contract, or milestone-based, depending on the engagement.

Compensation

Compensation is determined per project based on experience, technical requirements, project complexity, location, and availability. Please include your preferred hourly rate when applying.
