Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize our existing codebase, which serves hundreds of thousands of users daily.
  • Implement high-impact new features focused on delivering maximum value to our users.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience working with PHP, JavaScript, and HTML.
  • Comfortable managing and contributing to large codebases using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically VueJS, React, or AngularJS (we utilize VueJS).
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Ability to write and optimize complex queries in SQL.
  • Knowledge of Redis and message queues.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean code with comprehensive test coverage and build scalable applications.
  • Self-starter with an investigative mindset and strong sense of personal responsibility.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with other languages (NodeJS, Golang, Ruby).
  • Knowledge of PHP frameworks (we primarily use Laravel).

Compensation and Benefits (Remote-First)

Yearly Gross Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000
