What we are looking for

• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• 3 years of development experience in PHP.
• Significant experience with the Laravel framework is a plus.
• JavaScript programming with good knowledge of Vue – or a general understanding of JavaScript frameworks.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work, consistently performing to agreed-upon expectations regarding estimates and process.
• Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on team commitments.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Forensic attention to detail.
