We are expanding our team! Azertium IT is actively seeking a PHP Developer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IT sector to join our dynamic team, offering significant challenges, career progression, and professional growth.
This is a 100% REMOTE work opportunity, with very occasional, punctual travel to Madrid.
The role involves maintaining web applications in production, working with existing (legacy) code, and developing custom solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in PHP development (version 8.2 or higher).
- Proven experience in maintaining web applications in production.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience with MVC architecture.
- Ability to work directly with PHP, beyond just frameworks.
- Experience with legacy code and custom frameworks.
Key Technologies:

- MySQL (complex queries, JOINs, subqueries, prepared statements)
- JavaScript / jQuery (AJAX, DOM, validations)
