Requirements:
- Solid experience with PHP (versions 5.x / 7.x / 8.x).
- Experience working with complex monolithic legacy systems.
- Proficiency in automated testing and CI/CD techniques.
- Good knowledge of MSSQL.
- Experience in code review and coaching.
- Frontend knowledge, specifically with ExtJS.
- Strong technical communication skills.
- Aptitude for mentoring and training.
- Pragmatic approach to continuous improvement.
- Results-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
