Our growing Malware Processing Team is seeking a Malware Intelligence Analyst. In this fully remote role with flexible hours, you will analyze various types of malware attacking web hosting servers and develop product improvements to prevent future client infections. You can plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

Requirements

To excel as a Malware Intelligence Analyst, you should possess:

• Excellent knowledge of regular expressions (PCRE), including understanding the difference between \A and ^, the use of modifiers (?: ...), and why not to start regex with \w for file fragment searches.
• 3+ years of experience with PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience cleaning websites from malware (a significant advantage).
• Proficiency in web attack mitigation methods (web application and browser security).
• Solid understanding of web server software and hosting system architectures.
• Web-based malware reverse engineering skills (JS deobfuscation, PHP deobfuscation).
• English proficiency above an intermediate level.
