What we are looking for

• Experience with multiple products in the Laravel ecosystem.
• 2+ years experience in PHP with Laravel.
• Experience with frontend development (e.g., Reactjs, Vuejs, Livewire).
• Bonus points if you have experience with Tailwindcss.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work, consistently performing to agreed-upon expectations regarding estimates and the general process.
• Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on team commitments.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Forensic attention to detail.
