As a HubSpot Developer, you combine technical know-how with a deep understanding of marketing, sales, and CRM processes. You work closely with our teams from marketing, sales, and IT and contribute significantly to further developing and sustainably scaling HubSpot as a central platform for our digital customer interaction. If you enjoy translating complex requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions and actively shaping modern CRM and automation processes, we look forward to your application.

These tasks await you
- Development, adaptation, and optimization of CMS modules and landing pages in HubSpot
- Planning and implementation of integration concepts between HubSpot and other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, E-Commerce)
- Further development, optimization, and maintenance of workflows
- Co-design and further development of AI-based automations and agents
What you should bring
- Very good knowledge of frontend development, especially with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, as well as ideally PHP
- Experience in backend development and with common programming languages (e.g., Python)
- Knowledge in the area of hosting and cloud platforms as well as IT infrastructure (especially Linux)
- Experience with collaborative development tools and versioning systems (e.g., GitHub)
- Understanding of DevOps principles and modern development processes
- Strong ability to analyze complex technical challenges and translate them into practical solutions
- Proactive way of working and enthusiasm for new technologies and innovative approaches
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
