Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel (Backend) and ReactJS (Frontend). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Laravel (PHP)
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using ReactJS
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs
- Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases (schema design & optimization)
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Support deployment and production issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel (Eloquent, Queues, Jobs, Events)
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle)
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based communication
- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture
- Experience with frontend state management
Nice to Have
- Experience with Redux / Zustand / React Query
- TypeScript knowledge
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Alibaba Cloud)
- Unit testing (PHPUnit / Jest)
- Experience in fintech or payment systems
