How to Apply
We value clear thinking. When submitting your cover letter, please include short answers to the following questions:
- Describe a UI or front-end change you shipped that looked “small” but turned out to be more complex than expected. What made it tricky, and what did you learn from it?
- What’s one front-end or UI/UX practice you think is often over-emphasized? When does it stop adding value in real products?
Also, include your favorite non-work hobby or interest somewhere in your response.
