We are seeking an experienced Analyst Programmer with a strong background in software development. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Java, frontend, and/or PHP, alongside proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal. Valued skills include User Experience (UX) knowledge to craft intuitive and functional user experiences. A keen interest in preparing technical offers is also essential. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Contribute to various development projects.
- Technical Offer Preparation:
- Collaborate directly with engineers to develop offers based on client requirements or provided documentation (PPTs).
- Analyze documentation to define project scope, planning, and cost estimations (economic and development hours).
- Prepare comprehensive offer documents.
- Requirements Analysis & Gathering:
- Partner with business and development teams to identify and document functional requirements.
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture detailed user and business needs.
- Effort Estimation & Project Planning:
- Estimate necessary efforts and resources to meet functional requirements and delivery deadlines.
- Work with technical and management teams to plan and ensure viable project timelines.
- Functional Design & Documentation:
- Create detailed functional documentation, including use cases, flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Design functional solutions that adhere to client and development team quality standards.
A primary focus within the offers task will be generating proposals for diverse technologies, estimating work packages for ongoing projects, and developing project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience as an Analyst Programmer.
- Strong foundation in software development, including practical knowledge of Java, frontend, and/or PHP.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
- Valuable knowledge in User Experience (UX) for defining intuitive and functional user experiences.
- Ability and interest in preparing technical and economic offers (estimations, scope, planning).
- Proficiency in leading interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills for producing clear, reproducible, and maintainable documentation.
