YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee the overall output of your team and manage product features within the team's areas of competence.
- Plan personnel, resources, and priorities within the group, including monitoring and verifying effort booking for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide appropriate project accounts.
- Handle disciplinary management, including vacation planning, approval preparation, employee appraisals, support during job interviews, motivation, and serving as the primary contact for problems.
- Offer continuous guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Negotiate the feature backlog and prioritization with stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers providing software components and tools relevant to your group's expertise.
NEED TO HAVE
- Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Basic programming knowledge in at least one object-oriented programming language or a state-of-the-art web programming/scripting language (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript, PHP).
- Solid MS Office proficiency.
