We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Developer to join our fast-paced and innovative digital marketing agency. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with developers to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems that power our clients' websites and applications.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with our Technology Lead, IA Developers, and UX/UI Design Lead to test and develop new features.
- Review AI-assisted code before client delivery, ensuring it meets ticket requirements, adheres to conventions, and is free from invented APIs or plausible bugs.
- Collaborate with our AI Developer to diagnose and fix issues, determining the root cause, the appropriate solution, and potential risks to other systems.
- Trace issues to their origin—whether front-end, back-end, or prompt—and ensure the fix is fully implemented.
- Proactively attempt to break our AI features and meticulously document every successful case.
- Monitor Web Speed Optimization efforts following each release.
- Report proactively to our internal Project Manager and IA Developers, managing your schedule to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Embrace a builder's mindset, taking on development tasks alongside the AI Developer for both internal tools and client features as you gain proficiency.
Who You Are
- Located in Europe, with the ability to work in accordance with our Spain office’s working hours (10am-6pm CET).
- Fluent in Spanish and possess professional working English proficiency.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in web development or Quality Assurance.
- Able to read and write JavaScript, and comfortable working with a modern framework (React or Vue).
- Possess working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, sufficient to identify layout, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Understand back-end logic (PHP and/or Node) to follow a feature's implementation from end to end.
- Experience testing REST or GraphQL endpoints.
- Experience working within Git and in an Agile development environment.
- Comfortable utilizing AI assistants as part of your workflow, including writing effective prompts, critically reviewing generated code, and discerning when to trust the output.
- Any hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including personal projects.
- A keen eye for detail, interactivity, and animation.
- A true team player who collaborates effectively with others.
