As a Software Engineer, you will develop scalable B2B commerce solutions within a modern, event-driven architecture. Our 7-engineer team drives the growth of our core B2B product, aiming to expand into new markets and build a strong partner ecosystem. You will develop high-performance services using PHP 8, Symfony, and AWS, actively shaping a platform designed for high load, complex integrations, and long-term growth. Your focus will be on stable systems, seamless integrations, and an architecture that remains reliable as complexity increases. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where requirements and priorities can shift, maintaining a pragmatic approach, a clear overview, and a passion for driving progress.

Your Mission

• Develop and optimize our B2B commerce platform using modern architectures.
• Design and implement microservices and APIs for business-critical processes.
• Work with event-driven technologies (AWS SNS, SQS, EventBridge, Lambda).
• Collaborate closely with Product and stakeholders to deliver B2B features.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and clean architecture principles.
• Contribute to technical decisions and actively share knowledge within the team.

Your Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in PHP and frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven systems.
• Solid knowledge of API design and B2B integrations (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD processes.
• Active use of AI tools in daily development work and understanding of their effective application.
• Very good English skills; German is a plus.
