Product Owner, Sustainable Tech Platform

About the Role

We are launching version 3.0 of our platform and are seeking a Product Owner to lead our product development and technology strategy. You will be responsible for the development and evolution of Nudgd’s digital products and overall technology, ensuring a secure, scalable, and user-centered platform.

This role drives innovation in areas like AI, integrations, and digital experiences. You will serve as the bridge between technology, market, sales, and customer needs, translating behavioral insights into impactful tech solutions.

Challenges and Excitement

You are joining us during a rapid growth phase, where you will actively shape our development. This role requires balancing immediate project needs (like client-specific features) with the long-term product strategy and vision, frequently switching between big-picture planning and hands-on execution. You must be hands-on, pragmatic, and resourceful, aligning diverse perspectives and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment.

A Glimpse of Your Daily Work

• Plan sprints, review sprint progress, prioritize tasks, and align with the roadmap.
• Maintain and evolve the product backlog; translate customer insights into new features.
• Explore and apply AI integrations and new technologies to enhance Nudgd’s digital ecosystems.
• Develop our online presence, supporting development and ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Perform tests and handle smaller bugs. (Ability to do some hands-on coding is ideal.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the behavioral science, marketing, and sales teams to connect technology with user needs and Nudgd’s mission.

We Believe That You Have

• Experience from a similar role (Product Owner, Product Lead, Tech Lead).
• A very good understanding of, and eagerness to stay up to date with, developments in AI.
• Experience working with Google Cloud, Git, and SQL.
• Agile mindset and experience working with iterative development (SCRUM is a plus).
• A genuine passion for sustainability issues.
• Understanding of user experience and an interest in behavioral design, with a willingness to learn how nudging can improve engagement and impact.
• Strong communication skills, connecting technology and people.
• Commercially minded—you build products that create value and revenue, not just great tech.
• Are based in Europe.
• Are open to occasional trips with overnight stays.

Pay: 35 000,00kr - 55 000,00kr per month
