We are seeking a Product Owner (PO) to join our technology operation focused on the credit segment. This role emphasizes the credit desk, decision engine, and digital solutions that enhance analysis, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
This strategic position involves a strong interface between business, technology, and data, contributing to the development and evolution of products that directly impact the core credit operation. We are looking for a professional with a product vision, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for products centered on the credit desk and analysis/decision processes.
- Define the product vision and contribute to the strategic roadmap.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring focus on business needs and customer value generation.
- Translate business demands into clear functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Conduct requirement gathering and refinement with credit, risk, commercial, and operations teams.
- Serve as a bridge between business, technology, and data, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Understand user and credit analyst challenges, proposing digital solutions to optimize processes and decisions.
- Monitor product development to ensure adherence to credit rules, internal policies, and strategic objectives.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews, and dailies).
- Monitor product performance indicators, including conversion, operational efficiency, user experience, and business results.
- Ensure product alignment with regulatory standards and best practices in credit risk management.
- Support commercial, credit, and development areas, facilitating continuous product evolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Experience with digital products and technology teams.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience or knowledge in the credit segment or financial products.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with credit desk, decision engine, credit policies, or financial products.
- Knowledge in financial analysis and credit risk management.
- Familiarity with the 4 Cs of credit (Character, Capacity, Capital, and Conditions).
- Experience with product indicators and metric analysis.
- Knowledge in data and analysis tools (SQL, BI).
- Experience with regulated environments (financial, credit, or fintech).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure tools and environments.
