Your Responsibilities as Product Owner
- Collaborate closely with our CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Development on agile project management initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our digital portals and platforms.
- Plan and execute A/B tests (split tests) to drive improvements.
- Translate feature requests, bug reports, and other requirements into actionable JIRA tickets for our development team.
- Take ownership of the implementation of specific features.
- Participate in various IT projects.
- Manage quality management and quality assurance (QA) for our products.
- Proactively contribute innovative ideas and improvement suggestions.
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of practical experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Proficiency in JIRA, PHP, Javascript, HTML, and/or a CMS like Wordpress.
- Initial experience with Google Analytics or similar analytical tools.
- Strong empathy, with the ability to understand user needs and translate written requests into clear JIRA tickets for developers.
- Critical thinking skills to question requirements and ensure optimal briefings for the development team.
- A strong user-centric focus and passion for B2C products.
- German language skills at a minimum C1 level and English language skills at a B2 level.
- Ideally, initial experience in e-commerce or with editorial systems.
