You will be instrumental in driving the strategy, design, and maintenance of key modules and capability sets for our flagship SaaS solution. Working within a dedicated product management team, your focus will be on enhancing the overall user experience and maintaining our leading market position.

This pivotal role reports to the VP, Product Management, within our Downstream Source-to-Pay (S2P) team. You will collaborate closely with development, professional services, support, sales, and other internal cross-functional teams, as well as with customers and business partners. Your primary focus will be on procure-to-pay (P2P) and core platform features of Corcentric’s flagship product, designed for corporate purchasing and accounts payable business processes targeting mid-market and Fortune 1000 companies. Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Guide the design, development, maintenance, and presentation of the procure-to-pay process within our solution, including requisition, purchase order, receipt, and invoice.
  • Understand customer needs and drive product evolution by translating business requirements into software product functionality.
  • Create, refine, prioritize, and maintain the product requirements backlog and product roadmaps.
  • Develop detailed, clear business requirements and user stories for product specifications, queries, and architecture across the procure-to-pay process.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among Corcentric customers and development resources.
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to develop useful analytics and information for the platform.
  • Collaborate with the development team on User Interface (UI) design/validation, sprint reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support the creation of educational and training materials for cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Assist sales and services teams as the product subject matter expert.
  • Stay informed on current research and best practices in procure-to-pay product management.

The P2P Product Management team operates globally and primarily remotely. We are considering candidates interested in working remotely from the US Eastern Time Zone in NJ, VA, PA, MD, NC, FL, OH, GA. For those preferring an in-office environment, we have offices in Cherry Hill, NJ, and Bethesda, MD, though your immediate team members may be remote.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or comparable career experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for a technology company, demonstrating deep product expertise; alternatively, extensive experience utilizing procure-to-pay tools in a non-Product role.
  • Passion for dissecting challenges and developing innovative solutions.
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex topics, simplifying them for others.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA.
  • Technical understanding of coding and IT standards.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence.
  • Experience with JavaScript or PHP.
  • Experience collaborating with international team members.
  • Experience with source-to-pay, payment, invoicing processes, contract lifecycle management, catalog management, B2B commerce, sourcing software/services, or an ERP platform.

Your compensation package will be based on factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, certifications, training, educational achievements, geographic location, and Corcentric business requirements. The expected base salary for this role is between $100,000 - $140,000 annually, plus eligibility for our annual discretionary bonus program.
