Key Responsibilities
- Ensure and continuously develop internal business processes.
- Support employees with administrative daily operations.
- Monitor merchandise management processes, including the evaluation and analysis of monthly and annual movement data.
- Critically review existing workflows and actively design efficient structural improvements.
- Serve as the primary contact for colleagues regarding questions and ideas related to company processes.
Candidate Profile: Skills & Experience
We are seeking a candidate who is process-oriented, analytical, and entrepreneurial, ready to take ownership of improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics, or equivalent training/further education.
- Very good proficiency in German (written and spoken).
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken).
Preferred Experience
- Initial experience in data management.
- Experience with HTML, SQL, and PHP.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical abilities and a keen sense for practical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
- Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Curiosity and creative ideas for complex processes and data analysis.
- Ability to maintain a holistic, entrepreneurial perspective.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a Full-time, Part-time, Permanent position with a salary range of €3,800.00 - €4,300.00 per month. Work location is on-site.
- 38-hour work week with flexible scheduling options.
