Process Manager, Operational Excellence (E-commerce)

As a dynamic e-commerce company, we are continuously seeking improvements. We are looking to strengthen our team in Process Optimization to discover new potential and implement innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure and continuously develop internal business processes.
  • Support employees with administrative daily operations.
  • Monitor merchandise management processes, including the evaluation and analysis of monthly and annual movement data.
  • Critically review existing workflows and actively design efficient structural improvements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for colleagues regarding questions and ideas related to company processes.

Candidate Profile: Skills & Experience

We are seeking a candidate who is process-oriented, analytical, and entrepreneurial, ready to take ownership of improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics, or equivalent training/further education.
  • Very good proficiency in German (written and spoken).
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Experience

  • Initial experience in data management.
  • Experience with HTML, SQL, and PHP.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and a keen sense for practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • Curiosity and creative ideas for complex processes and data analysis.
  • Ability to maintain a holistic, entrepreneurial perspective.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Full-time, Part-time, Permanent position with a salary range of €3,800.00 - €4,300.00 per month. Work location is on-site.

  • 38-hour work week with flexible scheduling options.
