Your Tasks
- Ensure and continuously develop internal company processes.
- Support employees in administrative day-to-day business.
- Monitor merchandise management processes (ERP), including evaluating and analyzing monthly and annual movement data.
- Critically review existing workflows and actively participate in shaping efficient structures.
- Serve as the contact person for colleagues regarding questions and ideas related to company processes.
Required Profile (Skills & Education)
Education & Technical Skills:
- Completed studies in Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics, or comparable training/further education.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken).
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
Experience & Soft Skills:
- Enjoy taking responsibility and actively participating in improvement projects.
- Process-oriented thinking combined with strong analytical skills and a good sense for practical solutions.
- Independent, structured work style and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Ability to delve into complex processes and numbers, bringing curiosity and creative ideas.
- Ability to keep the big picture in mind and act entrepreneurially.
Beneficial Experience:
- Initial experience in data management.
- Ideally, experience in HTML, SQL, and PHP.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: €3,800.00 - €4,300.00 per month.
Working Hours: 38-hour week with regulated yet flexible working hours. A possible 4-day week is available every two weeks. Employees receive 5 days of home office for appointments (e.g., tradesmen).
Vacation: New employees start with 5 weeks of vacation plus 1 additional day per year of service. Bridge days are often used to extend weekends.
