Where You'll Come In
We are seeking a talented Principal Software Engineer who thrives on creative problem-solving, demonstrates initiative, and enjoys the full lifecycle of software development and maintenance. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of technologies, including GCP, Cloud Functions, web development, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, PHP, and Go. Collaboration with fellow engineers and developers across various infrastructure layers is crucial, requiring a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, thoughtful design, and the creation of high-quality products.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain custom software solutions.
- Work with various technologies, including GCP, AWS (primarily Cloud Functions), and web development.
- Design, code, implement, and test applications.
- Create comprehensive documentation and ensure the security and integrity of software applications.
- Automate business processes through custom code.
- Perform daily code pushes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of previous experience in application and software development.
- Proficiency in coding algorithms, object-oriented programming, systems, and design principles.
- Strong command of SQL queries and JavaScript, including ReactJS and relevant frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in technologies such as PHP, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
