SAAS CRM Product Manager & Development Lead (Mortgage Industry)

We are seeking a leader to manage the development and security of our flagship SAAS CRM (Client Relationship Management) web-based system, specifically designed for the mortgage industry. Team Collaboration

You will join a small Product/Design team of up to 10 members. We emphasize close collaboration with our development and support teams to deliver, test, and implement client-oriented solutions for the mortgage sector.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliability and consistency of the BNTouch application.
• Work with hosting companies to guarantee server setup stability and security.
• Ensure application security standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with the development team to meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Manage integration conditions and functionality alongside integration partners.
• Develop comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs).
• Discuss new features and custom projects directly with large clients.
• Act as the central communication hub connecting support, clients, developers, designers, and testers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on user management, preferably within a SaaS company environment.
• Proven experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong knowledge of the development/project life cycle, including industry standards for user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• Knowledge of security fundamentals for SaaS applications.
• Extremely detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment with 100% remote colleagues.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and cope with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Required Experience: native PHP: 5 years.
