Human Resources Executive (For Women Only)

Job Role: Convert an existing Next.js + Node.js software to PHP Laravel. Recreate backend logic, APIs, and database structure in Laravel. Ensure seamless frontend integration with the Laravel backend. Optimize performance, handle authentication, and maintain data integrity. Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT for coding efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with the internal tech team for version control and testing. Document the conversion process and final system architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Experience with Node.js and Next.js for understanding the existing system.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, MySQL, and MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Codeium).
• Understanding of software migration, debugging, and optimization.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Position Rewards:

Financial Rewards: Paid - Fixed ₹5000 Monthly. Note: The first month of internship (training) is Unpaid.
