Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP.
- Drive the evolution of our proprietary management software, already trusted by businesses and professionals.
- Analyze requirements and develop new functionalities.
- Maintain and enhance existing codebase.
- Analyze and resolve real-world application issues.
- Collaborate directly with company ownership and product stakeholders.
- Participate in the planning and organization of development activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in PHP.
- Solid knowledge of MySQL / MariaDB.
- Proven experience in web application development.
- Ability to understand, maintain, and improve existing code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organized, practical, and responsible approach to work.
- Effective communication skills.
- Genuine interest in contributing to a long-term software project.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Italian.

Working Hours
08:30 – 12:30 / 14:00 – 18:00. Personal or family needs may be accommodated, subject to work organization.
