PHP Developer – Management Software

Thunder Srl develops Docall, a web platform for occupational medicine and health surveillance management, utilized daily by companies, doctors, and polyclinics. This proprietary management software has been in production for years, handling real-world processes and continuously evolving both technically and in compliance with regulations.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our technical team permanently, contributing to the ongoing development and future evolution of the Docall product. Our aim is to integrate a professional who will grow with the software, progressively assume responsibilities, and become a key technical reference point for the product's organization.

Main Activities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP.
• Contribute to the evolution of proprietary management software used by businesses and professionals.
• Analyze and develop new functionalities.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases.
• Analyze and resolve real-world application issues.
• Collaborate directly with company ownership and product stakeholders.
• Participate in the planning and organization of development activities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PHP.
• Proficiency in MySQL / MariaDB.
• Experience in web application development.
• Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance existing code.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized, practical, and responsible approach to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Interest in long-term software projects.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian language skills.

Preferred Requirements

Working Hours: 09:00 – 13:00 / 14:30 – 18:30. Personal or family needs can be considered in line with work organization.

Work Location: Ravenna (RA). We also consider applications from outside the province. For candidates with adequate experience and autonomy, hybrid work models may be evaluated after an initial onboarding period.

Employment Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: €1,900.00 - €3,000.00 per month
