We are Bee Talents, building IT teams globally since 2015. We are currently recruiting a PHP Developer for Parlor Social Club.
Parlor is a stable, growing US-based company operating for 6 years, focused on a mobile application that connects people through social events, interests, and passions. Users can sign up for events across 6 US cities. Parlor is undergoing intensive development, planning expansion into new markets (including outside the US) and adding new application functionalities. This role focuses on implementing new features and optimizing existing code.

- Salary: 18k-24k PLN net

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- CMS Development and Improvement: Enhance the user interface (UI/UX) and functionalities of the CMS system.
- New Feature Implementation: Design and deploy new features, including one enabling the identification of dissatisfied users based on defined business logic and system behavior analysis.
- Refactoring and Performance Optimization: Participate in refactoring existing PHP code and optimizing key application segments to handle dynamic company growth and increasing system load.
The Challenge (PHP/Mobile Development)
You will drive the development of new application functionalities and maintain high code quality. This role offers significant autonomy in technical decision-making and the opportunity to co-create solutions. Your initiative will directly influence the application's evolution.
We seek a proactive, independent individual capable of making sound decisions, demonstrating resourcefulness, and actively proposing new solutions to support product and team growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of PHP language
- Experience with Laravel framework
- Proficiency in databases: MySQL, Firebase
- Minimum 4 years of experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS clouds (AWS CLI or AWS SDK)
- Knowledge of Redis
