We are seeking a passionate Chief Architect to drive our product forward and ensure the delivery of highly valuable, safe, and secure software to our customers. You will be a key member of the Platform Development team, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate technical designs to ensure alignment with product standards.
* Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms for product enhancement.
* Define technical and coding standards for the platform.
* Define and participate in rigorous code reviews.
* Code complex solutions and prototypes.
* Define and manage the product release process.
* Document application architecture comprehensively.
* Deliver deep dives to solve complex technical problems.
* Develop and execute ITDs (Internal Technical Documents/Designs).
* Mentor and educate platform developers.
* Interact with other teams as the platform technical expert.
Requirements
* Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field.
* 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in major programming languages.
* 6+ years' experience in PHP Development (must).
* 5+ years' experience in building full-stack solutions.
* Hands-on experience implementing unit and integration tests in both backend and frontend.
* Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
* Proven track record of creating and managing strong product-driven standards.
* Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
* Quality mindset and detail-oriented approach.
Nice to Have
* DevOps experience.
* Experience with ERP product development.
* Post-secondary degree or diploma in a technology-related field.
