Tech Team Environment
The Tech team is Tidio's largest, comprising over 40 professionals. We prioritize modern technology, utilizing PHP 8.3 and the newest versions of other technologies. We emphasize code quality (PHPStan level 9) and test coverage, working in two-week sprints.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will develop and maintain Tidio applications and create new functionalities. You will work within the Escalate value stream, cooperating closely with teams focused on the Tidio HelpDesk product.
Technology Stack: PHP 8, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Docker.
Tidio HelpDesk: This unified customer service platform streamlines all customer interactions into a single dashboard, combining ticketing, live chat, and multichannel support (email, chat, Messenger, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 2–3 years of experience working as a Software Developer.
- Expertise in PHP (preferably PHP 8/8.3, demonstrating knowledge of the newest features).
- Knowledge of different types of software architecture.
- Solid knowledge of MySQL.
- Expertise in a PHP framework (e.g., Laravel or Symfony).
- Ability to use SOLID principles and implement good practices.
- Experience creating tests alongside new and existing code.
- Experience with Docker.
Compensation and Benefits
Location: Poland (remotely)
Contract Options & Salary:
- B2B: 12,000 – 18,000 PLN
- UoP (Gross): 9,900 – 14,900 PLN
