Required Skills & Experience

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology courses.
• Experience with software and/or ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, Procedures, Views, etc.).
• Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP).
• Knowledge of webservice integrations (SOAP, UI, REST).
• Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM).

Differentiators

• Advanced/fluent English and/or Spanish.
• Extension courses in project management or similar.
• Knowledge of SoftExpert portfolio products (Se Suite) or competitors.

Role Description

The Implementation Consultant's mission is to deliver according to client needs using our solution and to guide their initial steps for success with SE Suite. It is important to be ready to remove potential barriers, facilitating system implementation and institutionalizing solution usage for maximum software benefit. Applying best market practices within the client's context and understanding business rules are crucial for fluid SE Suite configuration that meets client needs efficiently and effectively.

• Work Modality: Primarily remote, with potential for in-person client service in the resident city and nearby regions.
