In this role, you will provide hands-on implementation and deployment services for Okta solutions to enterprise customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert, managing multiple concurrent deployments to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term customer success. Collaboration with Customer Success, Engineering, and Sales teams will be key for seamless transitions and continuous improvement. This role offers accelerated growth, development, and high impact.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Okta solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into scalable IAM designs.
- Integrate applications using federation protocols like SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation.
- Deliver secure identity solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Develop and support integrations utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and various web technologies.
- Manage multiple customer projects, ensuring quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and thorough documentation.
- Mentor and guide customers to foster adoption and self-sufficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to delivery best practices, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
- Partner with Sales teams to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Who We're Looking For:
- Mandatory Requirement: Okta Developer and/or Okta Workflows Certification.
- 3–5 years of experience in IAM / Identity consulting or technical delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed).
- Proven experience implementing identity and access management solutions.
- Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management processes.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in consulting environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously.
- Valid Okta Consultant Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Okta implementations and Okta Workflows.
- Programming experience (Java, .NET, PHP) and API integrations (REST/JSON).
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Ember).
- Exposure to Node.js or mobile development (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of Okta products such as OIG, OAG, OPA, or ASA.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise architectures.
- CISSP or similar security certifications.
